Category 1: $20.00 per hour / Category 2: $40.00 per hour *** If a custodian is not regularly scheduled during the rental time, a $25 per hour fee is added with a minimum charge of 2 hours
Click on "request facility use" to create and submit an application for the HMS Multi-Purpose Room. Keep in mind, you cannot request a date that is fewer than 5 days away, and requests are currently not being accepted for dates after 06/30/2026.
2. Wait for approval.
Please be patient while Hamilton staffers review the details of your application. They will contact you if they have any questions.
3. Review and accept the terms.
If your facility use is approved, you will be notified and asked to review a formal facility use agreement, complete with all pricing and terms. Once you accept the terms of the agreement, your facility use is confirmed and you are set for your event.
