Click on "request facility use" to create and submit an application for the HHS Locker Room 1. Keep in mind, you cannot request a date that is fewer than 5 days away, and requests are currently not being accepted for dates after 06/30/2026.
2. Wait for approval.

3. Review and accept the terms.
If your facility use is approved, you will be notified and asked to review a formal facility use agreement, complete with all pricing and terms. Once you accept the terms of the agreement, your facility use is confirmed and you are set for your event.
